Lili was diagnosed with Potter’s syndrome before she was born and with end-stage renal disease at just 5-days-old. She’s now a gregarious 5-year-old thanks to the staff at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and her mother’s kidney. Lily says she and her kidney have been “best friends” since she had the transplant.
When she isn’t visiting the C.S. Mott staff, which she calls her “second family,” Lily is doing what every preschooler should—reading, playing and singing silly songs.
Leave a comment to cheer on Lili as she travels to Washington, DC to champion children's health issues.
